How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, tap Sacred Scrolls, then Cancel Subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your Sacred Scrolls purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, AI chat history, and any data we hold for you.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Check Settings → Notifications → Sacred Scrolls on your device. Make sure Allow Notifications is on.
Audio won't play.
Tap the audio button on a chapter and wait a few seconds — audio is downloaded on demand. If it still won't play, try toggling airplane mode off, or restart the app.
Can I read offline?
Yes — the full Bible text is bundled in the app. Audio is downloaded on demand and cached on your device for 30 days.
